The Firmware 565 for the SPORTident base station had to be withdrawn due to a rarely occuring reliability issue regarding SI-Card 6.

It is recommended to NOT update to firmware 565 and instead keep using firmware 559. If you have SPORTident base stations with firmware 565 in use, please contact support@sportident.com for further assistance. We are currently working on a new firmware. We apologize for any inconvenience.
